MARBLE CAPITAL EAGLE
Dating: first half of the 2nd century AD.
Description: The wall capital is decorated with acanthus leaves, in one row. Two volutes rise from the middle acanthus leaf to either end of the capital. In the middle of the abacus is an eagle with spread wings and a wreath in its beak.
